As spring threw it's self like a warm quilt across the landscape Ceal was growing older and older by the moment, bigger too even though she wouldn't ever reach any of her adoptive families height or weight, she'd always be petite and slim, though as she grows up we'll see that she'll fill these adult lines quiet well. Right now though she's still a puppy at heart and though she and Momma Moonie had spent days creating just the right amount of fluffiness for the den that she would use to give birth to her little sister, oh she was excited she didn't really care openly about what gender the pup would be, just the thought of being an older sibling had swelled her with pride over the past couple of months.

Right this second she had let momma go and sleep up top for a bit, watching Orba fly around in the sky her little pink eyes were entrapped like usual to the birds movements, she had only barely heard Momma speak to the little bundle in her belly, she had cocked a small pale white ear, the pink stripe down her snout and along her back to her tail tip twitching here and there as she fidgeted in place, she knew that soon something was gonna happen, the electricity in the air was unmistakable, even though she didn't know what it all ment at this exact moment.

As Momma moves down into the den Ceal catches the glint of Momma's coat and though distracted by Orba for the last few moments of flight before the white bird floated down to the little den, Ceal follows close behind, waiting just outside of the den as Swallowbane comes along. She remains with him until he starts to move, hearing the paw pads of Daddy behind them they all moved into the den with Alcide moving in front of them, Ceal was small still even as a yearling pup so she crouched down under Swallow's belly to make room for Daddy and then poked her head between Swallow's front legs to get a look at the newest member of their family.

She wanted to squeal with delight at the little pup but she knew better than that, she kept silent and gnawed on Swallow's leg softly as she let all the others ask the questions she herself wanted to ask, she peaked around Swallow's leg and then looked up at him with those cute pink eyes "I'm not the youngest any more" she says in a soft whisper of a voice though she smiles all the while because she's now a big sister and she's excited to show the new pup all the cool things she's found while out and about. Like the feathers she had collected last fall and stored away in a small hole in the mountains face, or the strange shiney rocks she'd found and stored there as well, she'd need a new hole now with all the new things she was finding.
