Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.
A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

Her heart went out to the older femme; it seemed she too had her own troubles, which the ebony ess could definitely understand. Still, it seemed to her that Cai was in pain, which she refused to share with anyone else. Ah, did the feya know that feeling. "I'm sorry to here that...Sometimes you need the memories however, don't you? To comfort yourselves that the people you miss did exist, and that you did share, do share, something." The ebony ess couldn't exactly sympathise on the problem of family; her's were dead to her. Dead, dead, dead. Still, she could empathise. It was horrible to fight or to miss the only people you felt you could trust. It made one feel completely alone, something that haunted her to this day. She didn't like seeing another, especially one so nice, suffer through the same thing. Cai's smile was painful and it cause Blaze a pang to her own heart, wishing she could alleviate some of the grief the other ess obviously felt. Before she was aware of what she was doing, the ebony feya was on her own paws, crossing the short distance to Cai. Hesitantly, she nuzzled the older femme comfortingly. Usually, Blaze wouldn't of dared to touch a wolf she barely knew, especially one from another pack, but this was different. Cai had a motherly air to her, that drew the younger femme like a moth to light. Hopefully the femme wouldn't be too upset or disturbed with the bold action. |
