Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

Sympathy bubbled back up in Aerten's throat as the girls glance flicked between her and the useless limb. She had a sneaking suspicion that she was in fact correct about the limb causing Dib pain, though she wouldn't make any instant assumptions on that one. Still, the Abentrot assassin had to wonder: How did Dib manage with such a large factor playing on everything physical she try to do? What did other's think about it? And most importantly, what was the teen planning on do with herself? Surely they wouldn't place her as a warrior; the ess would be in larger danger than any other warrior of Saw Tooth, and it'd be unfair to place that level of pressure on her. Dib would always be trying to compare herself to others who had an advantage over her.

This particular femme was glad she had suffered no serious injury, yet anyway. With the exception of a few broken ribs, concussions and flesh wounds she'd always managed to come out of a fight still intact. Lately, she had seen some pretty damn bad injuries, ranging from the skin ripped away from the side of her Alpha's maw, to Dib's leg, though she doubted that was a fighting wound. Still she was grateful: From what little she had suffered, injury tended to hold one back. Besides, Aerten despised having to deal with healers. She found their more calm aspects infuriating, on top of the fact they actually caused more pain in their quest to heal. She could only hope to avoid anything too permanent in the future. For a wolf who lived such a volatile life, she wasn't big on horrific scarring and wounds.

”Sometimes yes, it does. It aches more than anything and usually plays up if I sit for too long or stand for too long. I can’t win really.” The femme fatale visibly frowned. If that had been her pack mate (and they weren't too irritating), she wouldn't leave them in constant pain. That fact along irritated the ess to no end. From what she had...heard, Moth was a healer. If either of them had ever communicated, Dib probably, and hopefully, would've learned that poppy seeds were used for pain. Even she knew that, and she had zero interest in such things. Still, she pitied the teen in front of her, who seemingly put on a brave face.

"Have you tried poppy seeds? Good for pain."

She offered up the thoughts that had been on her mind only seconds before. Contrary to popular belief, Aerten didn't wish agony upon those who didn't deserve it. Some rage-induced part of her mind whipsered that Dib did deserve it, technically being an enemy and all, but the femme fatale had already shoved that portion of her brain away. If anyone where to ever spend a day in Aerten's head, they'd probably mark her as bi-polar or something similar, since the femme failed to see her behavior was out of the norm.

The russet ess's side had stopped it's bleeding by now; the self-inflicted wounds trying to blend in with already red fur. She fought of the urge to clean the hardened area's around the wound site, hardened with blood. It wasn't a large amount, mind you, and she supposed she could live for now. At least up here on Misty Mountain, flies were more scarce.

She looked up once more, hoping to catch Dib's eyes and hold her gaze. Some more sensitive part of her held back her earlier questions: It wasn't particularly necessary to pry into area's like that. Putting on her 'happy mask" she smiled at the girl, attempting to drag the conversation away from the rather depressing downfall it had entered.

"What do you like doing, anyway?"

Hopefully the teen wouldn't get overly suspicious about her innocent question. It was just that though: Innocent. Aerten was genuinely curious about what Dib did, especially with her leg that surely held her back from some things.
