The growl had startled the young femme; she'd tried her best not to scare or intimidate the other ess. Still, the warning signal was enough to make her back off a bit, not necessarily wanting to be on the receiving end of any claws or teeth. Her heart and mind raced. Nothing could prepare her for this kind of situation; how did you help a wolf in such a situation, and one who obviously wasn't going to accept it easily? She wasn't sure how, but she was pretty sure she was going to have to learn it pretty fast.
"Wait!" She cried as the other femme ripped her paw free, creating yet another wound, and limped/ran awkwardly away. Without a second of hesitation this time, Blaze was off after her, calling out "I'm not an enemy! I want to help!". The girl ran like a drunk, eventually making a bee-line for a cluster of trees. The ebony femme followed, trying to make herself as non-threatening as possible this time.
The girl had ultimately disappeared from her view, but who knows? She could be hiding in plain sight. That was when she heard high and sweet lyrics, though they sounded broken and miserable. "I-I'm Dai. Please, j-just l-leave me... ". The young feya stopped in her tracks, ear perked to pinpoint the others position. Lifting her head, she replied softly, "Hello Dai...Why are you running from me?" Slightly stupid words, yes, but the best she could do in such an unheard of situation. At least maybe Dai would begin to understand she was a friend.
She sat in a small clearing, humming very patiently to herself. If she couldn't come to Dai, maybe Dai would come to her. The sound would be enough to alert the other ess, if she did turn out to be blind like Blaze suspected. Little did the Bright Moon ess know, the bushes that held the hidden Dai were only around ten feet away to her right. However, Blaze wasn't necessarily using her sight or nose at this moment, and so she hadn't realised this as such.
