Mekiko could tell she didn't understand his answers. He wasn't trained in battling, when he was with his mentor, or forced family as he called them. They were being trained to be assassins, not battlers. They were taught stealth and cunning and quietly ending the life of another. They weren't being taught the ins and outs of battling. Fighting, or sparring came for fun. given feedback when a move could prove fatal. He knew very few would understand his link to his past family, a sibling and a mother. Neither of which was his blood. He was sure that he had no real choice of being there. She'd found him took him in and included him in the training with his sibling. Mekiko didn't fault them, it was their lifestyle. It just wasn't his cup of tea as he grew older. Krensno, however, did not ask a follow up why. She could have gotten the answer if she'd had but Mekiko would let that die as the question did.

"I am unaware of what each pack offer so I cannot say I have a favorite. I however on the side of desire would rather have a good pack and from my knowledge the only good pack would be Water." He started, "Although I'd like to see what the neutral packs had to offer by way of training before making a choice. I also hear ill intentioned creatures can die in the water or air heading to the Water Pack...it all depends heavily on the creatures and magic guarding the island." He was quite sure he didn't know much about the inner workings of the pack, he knew locations, alpha and side mostly. Mekiko didn't spend much time studying them. "I don't have a least favorite, due to not really having a favorite." She said with a shrug for a sorry.

"Your enjoyment sounds quite joyous indeed." he smiled. "Have you ever known love?" Mekiko asked. It was a very general question, it could be answered in any way. He was curious, he was fond of his adopted family but didn't quite love them. Apparent was the fact he was trying hard to stay away from them. His adopted mother was fond of them but she didn't love them apparent was when their training was done and the way she sent them off to prove themselves. Love had never filled Mekiko so he'd wanted to know what it did feel like.
