As soon as my gaze swept across the familiar lands my feelings swelled up in front of me. My heart raced in my chest as a melodic silver noted howl left my overjoyed lips. I will never leave these lands again, even if it costs me my life. I smile as I think of my family and how they had remained here. My pale lavender flash as I remember how my beloved Phobia had returned to me. My ears twitch and my expression changes to a more guarded one as I catch the sounds of someone nearby. The noise continues and I simply wait, watching for it.


I will not leave home again. My howl was the announce of my return, as well as a warning. I had Phobia protecting me and he has grown into something that makes others turn tail and run. I know him by now and he would never leave me until the day he died. A silver spun and chiming laugh left my lips. Phobia was no ordinary wolf, he is my wolf, he is the one I love, and when I choose someone they become superior. When a wolf becomes mine they become part of the family. Their face etchyed into the portrait. Once you're in the family it is hard to be removed. Especially if my other two siblings accept the wolf I take under my wing. Anyone who dares hurt one of mine will find their bones crushed and be left to suffer and die, or if they were intelligent enough turn heel and run away before I could kill them. Nobody touches me or my own, that's just the way it works.
