Interest flashed in the older femme's orbs as she considered the situation in front of her. Lokii's auds had flattened themselves against her cranium, as though under assault from some kind of hidden enemy. Soon, however, she returned to normal -as normal as they got anyway- so Loli chose not to pursue the topic, instead allowing the girl to let the conversation flow along wherever it may lead. "Nor could I, Miss Lolita." She snickered softly, approving of the girl that had caught on so quickly. Ah, so this one was a clever one then. Good. Personally, Lolita was sick and tired of all these maidens in distress running around like chickens who'd had their heads lopped off. It was pathetic, the lengths they'd go for attention and "love". The femme herself had a predjudce against most males -with Lycaon and occasionally Axel- being the rare exceptions to that stern rule. All they brought was heart break and trouble. Not even the fun kind of trouble. Why would someone willingly constrain themselves with a normal relationship? "In a world such as this one there is a large necessity for an analytical temper such as mine. You obviously understand that characteristic. You wouldn't be able to control this side had you not picked up one the habits of others. I constantly learn from others; I wouldn't have lived this far had I stayed the way I am now, constantly." She grinned. "Learning from others can be beneficial; as long as you don't pick up their more useless traits." She snorted. Yeah, like subtly flirting with wolves they had no right to. So, the femme was slightly paranoid as well. Better to be safe than sorry. She then tuned into the girl's next little speech. Grudging respect crossed across Lolita's face; this one proved more and more interesting by the moment. Her tail swished quietly across the floor of the stone caverns. "We shall see, little one. We shall see." She laughed softly, a dark tint returning once more to her tone. "No doubt you will be a exquisite addition to Cold Summers; whether for better or worse, only time will tell." Sitting back on her haunches, she considered the next lot of questions. About herself hm? Well, who exactly was she. "Epsilon female of Cold Summers. I had a student, adopted child, whatever you want to call it; before he disappeared off the face of the planet. I have no current plans for the future, since I find planning to be superfluous; they never turn out how you planned them anyway. A general pain in the ass, and wolves seem to enjoy to question my psychology." She raised an eyebrow. "Sufficient?" A slight venom dropped into her tone at the mention of Forbidden, warning that it was an otherwise topic not to be spoken of. For the most part though, she appeared amused at the idea of sharing herself with another who probably had a general idea anyway. |
