During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

It was hard to feel alright when he had left. Genisys shouldn’t have been surprised to return to no Aindreas. Of course he would leave, he didn’t care that she was leaving. It was great to be a part of a pack, to have Exodus back to her and such. She had purpose, she had a reason to stay. Well, that is what she kept telling herself anyways. Now though, she decided that she would make herself useful. Her rank did not grant her the ability to accept others into the pack but that didn’t mean she couldn’t meet them. The path she traveled was one that so many before her had traveled. Her light paws rested on old paw steps, slightly larger but not by much. She wondered if perhaps these steps were of Aindreas’. He did patrol the borders more than others.

There is an ache within the ghost like girl's heart. One that will possibly never erase or fade away. She cannot help but pause in her steps, turning slightly behind her as if to find Aindreas and speak her mind. She had thought she had been clear enough already though and so she decided against it. They had touched, bonded and still he wanted nothing to do with her. The hurt was almost too much and she finds herself gritting her teeth against the wave of it. Genisys lifts her head, inhaling deeply to calm her nerves.

It is then that she catches the scent of another male. Her heart rate naturally rises but she knows, it is not Aindreas. Still, he smells like him slightly. Curiosity gets the better of the pale ess and she finds herself moving towards the scent. A dark brute enters her vision and she pauses, perking her ears. Finally, Genisys moves forward, her thick plume swishing against the back of her legs gently. She offers a small smile. “What is this? A new face?” Her smooth lyrics hide the anguish in her heart from the past. “I am Genisys, who might you be?”
