Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

I'm An Angel, Demon's Beware
Today she feels so very strange not able to sit still Sinopa made her way down to the beach. Her sides now heavy with pups. She did not know how many there would be but surly it had to be more than one. She had found herself thinking more and more these days, of Kane, of her battle and of the death of her keeper of secrets. However it did not matter for now was the time and she could feel it, to bring her young ones into the world. Pups of white she was sure. Quickly she bounds still graceful in her pregnancy toward her sea side den. Dug big to be able to hold her new borns. She lay now onto her bed made from moss and feathers in the roots of a giant tree to give birth. It starts the pains are slow only coming every hour but as the hours blurred by they got quicker, more fierce Sinopa winced the pain was strong. Oh how she wished for poppy seeds now. She cries out as she feels the pup drawing closer. Tearing through her walls comes the first pup, she is tired but she reaches for it. Licking the pup, caressing it she looks at her first born, her son. So beautiful he is, fur dipped with grey and Scarlet he is touched by the angels. In her family every name holds a meaning. As Sinopa looked out into the sea her pup was born beside she smiles.

“Lamar will be your name son, it means one from the sea like you are.”

She smiled he would be her forever reminder of Zeviah. Suddenly the pain is back. She cries out the tear widening as she feels another pup. Sinopa pushes her body weakening from the prolonged labor until finally another pup slides out. Grabbing him quickly Sinopa looks down on him, so pure and small. “ Sinclair,” She murmurs.

“This will be your name little one for it means that the heavens shine on you, you will be a holy light and be bright and popular in adulthood.”

Sinopa smiled for she knew she was done. Both pups cleaned and placed next to her suckling everything gets blurry, spinning as the blood pours from her. She knows that this is not a normal birth but she has her pups, her boys. Lamar and Sinclair would be her world. That was her last thought before falling into sleep. Hopefully someone would find the poor girl, get her aid, it would be a tough healing process but Sinopa could handle it. She would handle it for her boys.
