Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

Dib
--------------------------------------------------

Dib pulled back slightly as the one she had chosen to approach whirled round towards her, eyes wide and blazing though the outburst didn’t last for long. Once she had substantially calmed down the lass proceeded with her forward motions until she sat on her haunches a few metres away from the snowy fae. The way she seemed to place a mask over her face was eerily similar to Aerten. Dib, on the other hand, had nothing to hide and so did not understand why others chose to lock their real selves away. Well of course she understood. She knew it sometimes protected wolves from themselves and others, it provided unsociable wolves with a way to get rid of wolves like... Well like Dib and some wore it for the sake of an easy life in their pack. There were many different reasons, Dib simply loved life too much to want to hide anything about it.

On second glance at the stranger the russet ess realised that she was being studied, much like how she studied others. It was a technique the disabled lass had picked up from her mother when she had been confined to SawTooth and her mother’s side. She picked up most things from her mother, only getting her colouration and eyes from her from her father, so she gathered. Her mother had a snowy coat much like the stranger on the ledge and so she put two and two together and realised that she must look more like her father than her mother. Her dad disappeared not long after the pups took their first steps taking three siblings and leaving three; including her. Soon after that her brother Hachi vanished and Tally leaves every now and again. The only one who stayed put was Dib and she would for as long as she was needed. Her emerald portals watched the snow covered vixen for a few moments noting the tension in her muscles as she hovered in the flight position at the edge of the rocky out jut. However it didn’t take long for her to relax and Dib released a breath she didn’t know she was holding in. ’Yes it is a beautiful morning. I am Ivev.’ The young femme’s plume began to sway gently behind her excited at the prospect of making yet another new friend.

With pale stargazers still fixed on the rust coloured teen, but her new acquaintance slightly more relaxed Dib decided that the only way to make this situation better would be to talk. This was yet another adventure to add to her book and she would make it one to remember- as she did with every situation she found herself in. ”It’s a pleasure to meet you Ivev.” The young lady dipped her head slightly in greeting before continuing on with her speech. ”What brings you here then? Apart from the beautiful views and weather.” Maybe Dib was being a little too forward but that was Dib all over and she wouldn’t change for anyone, though she would try and tone it down should the situation call for it.
