Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Return to Lunar Children
Let me guide you Silvertongue
IP: 24.27.96.14

She had been busy this recent spring. Having five children to take care of was quite the task. Meryl had taken a bit of independence, running off saving all of Diveen from various things. Birthing? He is there. Poisionous plants? He is taking care of them...well, hopefully he gest rid of them properly. Her adopted son was growing and florishing quite well in Diveen, and the dark female was quite happy that she was blessed with taking him in. He was a life worth saving, and now he is going to save many lives in the future. She just knew it. Her other children were often troublesome, Starfall wandering off at night, arguing and being a typical moody teenager. Guardianl, thoguh laid back, was rather physical in his play. A lot of work, that boy is, to keep up with his energy. Her daughters were much more laid back, in some ways. Celeste wasn't one to take dirt lightly. She often demanded cleaning, and Iophiel was just a curious young girl. A big family. That is what she needed to get over the pain and suffering of losing all of Litherum. And yet, there was one remaining from her old pack land. One male who had returned as a ghost of her past. Silvertongue.

She had heard that her old friend had taken the crown of Glorall. It was a nice thing to hear, and she was very happy for her friend. In fact, Andromeda had asked the Alphess of Diveen if she could have the privledge to congratulate him on behalf of the pack. That is what she was doing now, as she travered over the terrain of Diveen alone upon her inky black paws. The beauty trotted with a kick to her step, peppy today for she was getting some well deserved alone time. Of course, she loved her children, but sometimes, a wolfess just needs some air to breathe. It was a lovely summers day, not too hot either. The sun was high in the air, shimming down upon her light black pelt. Clouds are scattered all about, large and fluffy. Yes, it is a truly wonderful day to visit her old friend.

Andromeda approached the outskirts of Glorall. She had traveled closer to the coast line, coming in near the border of Diveen and Glorall. The dark lady moved with strength and power, and a bit more...girth than before. She had gained weight from her second birth, working it off over time. She wasn't rounded off, but she definately had more meat upon her bones. Diveen was a beautiful place to live, and Andromeda did enjoy it, but she couldn't help but miss the land of Litherum. Little did Andromeda know, that Glorall was where the land of Litherum fell off into the sea, the island of Glorall being her old homeland.

She couldn't help but let the thoughts of her old home seep into her mind once more. How things would be so different if the sky had no fallen. Silvertongue and Orca were her only connections to the past, but she was not going to allow that to get between them. She was going to cherish them. The dark female trotted towards the edge of the pack, her nose falling downward to sniff the various trees and plants. The familiar scent of Silver caught her nose, and she knew that she was here. Her tail began to wag behind her, and her yellow eyes lifted to view the land that Silver had claimed. Andromeda lifted her star-crowned head to the sky, standing among the lightly packaged trees on this sunny day. She called out to Silvertongue, a call just for him. Surely, she would be welcome to his new home? She could only hope, and wait patiently for his arrival.
