Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Pain and fate had put her through hell. It had brought her through hell and back, and that wasn’t something she was going to fuck with. Salem was going. She was going away, and she was coming back. Well… she had coming back all wrapped up. She was going to do it. The creature had gone away, and she was going to come right back. Salem knew exactly what was going on, and that was the right way to come into it. She could… handle this. Right. So much pain had consumed her, she didn’t know what she was going to put up with.

Salem was here again. There was a woman in power, and maybe that would change things. Maybe it wouldn’t. She didn’t know. Still, the pale creature made her way through Glorall, just watching. Her eyes rested on the river, stretching and wandering as she went. Everything was simply alright… no great shakes. She hadn’t spoken to anyone in what felt like years but what was more like months. A few months was all it took for her to be detached from what felt like her entire life. Everything was strange and weird and bizarre. She couldn’t handle this. Already the ghost was having second thoughts.

Too late now. She was right here, and she was going to stay here. The pale eyed creature came to sit by the river and stare in. That was what helped, the staring in. On the outside, staring in, watching for what Fate had for her next. She didn’t want it. She didn’t want her bullshit imprint, she didn’t want things to change, and she was… she was done. Salem was wondering just how done she would get before things got any easier. It seemed like it was taking its own damn time… right. Fate did that.
