Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Caligula did not think that Jumanji would join their cause. Their dominance and take over of Glorall. Things were going slowly and they were taking their time in settling in. Tesseract was much better at dealing with the wolves that have lived here for a long time, and Caligula well, she quickly set to patrolling the borders. She moved through the forest in her typical near silent manner. The girls were no where to be found, inevitably exploring and trying desperately to make new friends. She felt like the one thing that had held her children back were the lack of other puppies to play with. Cersei in particularly only had her sisters to rule over and Maradona only put up with it for so long. Of the three, Maradona seemed to be the one that more easily simulated but then she was also very much like Tesseract.

As she moved through bare trees, noticing to her dismay that her prints were left in the sandy soil. Here the pines were tall and skinny, swaying in the winter breezes as if they might snap at too gusty of a breeze. Caligula had not seen much evidence yet of trees tumbling yet but there was much about the waterfront land she now would guard with her life. A howl echoes through the trees and Caligula's ears prick as she recognized it. She had thought long and hard about who the black and white wolf was, and she only vaguely remembered a pup who was a little younger than herself being ushered out of Old Moladion at the side of Jaidah. Yes, he must be related to Jaidah, and thus, Caligula wondered if he was anything like his brother Tobias. She hadn't seen the cannibal in some time, but if Jumanji was anything like his big brother, Caligula would definitely get along with him. And even not, he was related to Jaidah and that meant that when the girls got old enough, she would push to have them intermix with his bloodline.

She paused only for a moment before she trotted towards his direction. It did not snow much in Glorall, but the cold winds managed to cut through even the thickest winter coats. She moves until she catches Jumanji in her sights, only then did she arc out and make sure that Jumanji could see her coming. Her tail was high, arched over her back and ears pricked forward. She was the Baroness of Glorall, no longer was she the former daughter of the failed Queen. She was an alpha in her own right and now acted the position.
