as promised, exploration has been completely revamped and all the info updated. new features:
> see how exploration outcomes are generated on the generator page.
> magical powers and familiars now affect explorations.
> new outcomes, including injury and storm.
> NPC crews can now be hired for expeditions.
> new way to explore: on the back of your large flying familiar.
> permits to explore can be received OOC from the explorations board.
> maintenance costs have been made cheaper.
