Hold on just a little longer

Karamat opened her eyes. She was back in the den with her mother and two brothers. Both of her brothers were bigger that her because she was just the runt of the litter. One of her brothers had beautiful green eyes. While the other one had deep blue eyes. It was easy to tell them apart because one of her brothers had a pure black pelt. Yet the other had the same coloured pelt as she did. Of course, Karamat's pelt was like her mother's. Her mother was a grey wolf. Though oddly enough, Karamat never knew her father at all, let alone what he looked like.
'I bet you can't pin me down!' Her green eyed brother spoke.
"I'm small, but I know I'm stronger than you!" Karamat replied, smiling in a way that revealed her pearly whites.
She started to charge at her opponent; her other brother cheering her on. Her mother watched, rolling her eyes at her pups silly antics. She forced her little legs to work as hard as they could. She picked up some speed. It wasn't much, but it was still something. Quickly, she pounced, knocking her brother to the floor. A smile crept up on her lips as she licked his nose.
'You win sis... And I guess this is goodbye.' He replied with a tear in his eye as his body began to fade away.
"What do you mean goodbye? Please, please don't go. I won't push you down anymore." Karamat began to sob. "Just... Please don't leave me. I love you..."
"Please don't leave me. I love you!" Karamat spoke rather loudly as she awoke with tears streaming down her cheeks. It wasn't fair... She'd lost lost her two best friends who happened to be her brothers and she lost her mother.
