News 08.08.2021 Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

Meryl waited with a lot of anticipation. The boy who stood before him distracted him a little, but he could not help but jerk his head up quickly and quite obviously at the sound of Daenerys� voice echoing across the land. She was coming! His soul soared at the sound and at the knowledge she was coming to him! He was so distracted by this that he had only caught that Calista was indeed his mother after several long seconds of thinking about it. So this boy was related to him, though not by blood but through Azrael. Calista was Azrael�s aunt so through that this boy was his cousin. He was going to comment on that and tell him that he was related, at least that was the intent before all the sudden he saw something nearly pure white came flying from the brush at him.

Ceal! He knew she was here and wondered if she would come too. He was lost for a moment in her white and soft cream colored fur as she hugged him full on. A large smile broke across his maw as he hugged her back, though the feeling of enjoyment was not long lasted. His face fell quite obviously as he spotted the grey form of Daenerys come from behind her, he was embarrassed and nearly sickened with himself for being so happy to be with Ceal in her presence and suddenly pulled back as if Ceal shocked him. His heart raced hearing Ceal chatter away giving introductions. He did not need them, of course she didn�t know that. She did not know that Danny had come to Diveen seeking healing instruction or that he had imprinted on her. As brief as that meeting was, it changed him forever. He could never feel the same about Ceal without feeling some form of betrayal or guilt about Daenerys.

He couldn�t deny that the formal tone of her voice and her somewhat soft voice didn�t wound him in some way. Meryl wished that she would have hugged him too, if anything simply to prove that he cared for her as well. That feeling of completeness didn�t hurt either. He was confused and a little worried. He knew all along that Ceal had a sister and knew that she was Alcide�s daughter, but some part of him just hoped that it wasn�t true, some part of it. Things were about to get very complicated, if they hadn�t been already.

�I-it is.� He said just as softly, wanting to add that he had missed her as terribly as he had. Perhaps they would get some time alone later. He didn�t want to hurt Ceal though, but perhaps he had to just tell her the truth. All of it. That he liked her, wished it was her that he imprinted on, but it was her sister and that now he cared for her like nothing else. Some selfish, scared side couldn�t admit it to her.

Feeling the awkward silence fall over them he knew it was best for him to just state his business. His much wanted reunion with Daenerys was not going completely to plan, but there was nothing he could do about that. �I actually am happy to be greeted by you, I have not come on a pleasure trip, but a task by my teacher. She has asked me to come to Spirane to train for one full season with one of your healers.� He said in his light business like tones. He only had eyes for Danny at that moment, he knew she was the one to talk to being the heir to Spirane and all. He hoped also to meet the one who would be teaching him, but really he just wanted to be with Danny alone. Selfish perhaps, but he wanted to know her as well as he knew Ceal and more. He had a full season to be with them and that he hoped would make her happy.

Abhorsen - The Wielder: Alpha female and Queen of Spirane. Her word is final in all matters. Vows to protect and lead those who call the mountain home.

Her Council
Belgaer - The Thinker: Second in Command, this wolf is the Abhorsen's most trusted compatriot and confidant. In the Abhorsen's absence, they are able to speak with her authority.
Saraneth - The Binder: Chosen mate of the Abhorsen. They can settle pack disputes, accept members, assign tasks, and leads the pack during hunts, in times of war, or in cases where the Abhorsen is not present.
Scion - The Successor: The Abhorsen's heir, training to one day fill her paw prints. This wolf must become adept in multiple trades. This wolf is expected to become proficient in healing, fighting, hunting, diplomacy, and thievery. They are expected to lend assistance to any of the other ranks if ever needed.

The Bells
Dyrim - The Speaker: Lead diplomat and is often times sent out to maintain good relations with allied packs. Charged with educating the Ambassadors in diplomatic ways.
Astarael - The Weeper: The commander and lead warrior of the pack. Charged with teaching the Berserkers the art of battle.
Clayr - The Seer: Charged with the pack's health, and in teaching the Shiners and those who wish to pursue the art of healing.
Kibeth - The Walker: The leader of the Guard. They are the foremost line of defense, charged with securing the borders and bringing pertinent information from within and without the pack to the appropriate wolf. They also lead the Outriders.
Ranna - The Sleeper: Assists the queen in guarding from theft as well as advising her of news and gossip from the whole of Moladion. Charged with teaching the Mages about theft, secret keeping, and overall sneakiness. Allowed to make and block steals.
Mosrael - The Waker: Caretaker and storyteller of the pack, also the head pupsitter. Often times this wolf will look after the pack's youth and educate them of Spirane and Moladion's history. Leads the Remembrancers in pup watching.
Charter - The Power: The master hunter of the pack. Leads and organizes all hunts and teaches the Falconers the art of the hunt.

The Classes
Berserkers: Warriors and hunters of the pack.
Falconers: The pack hunters
Mages: Thieves and secret keepers of the pack. Allowed to make and block steals.
Ambassadors: Diplomats of the pack.
Shiners: Healers of the pack.
Outriders: The pack scouts who bring all news of happenings across Moladion back.
Remembrancers: Wolves of a kind nature who look after the younger wolves of the pack. These wolves may wish to learn more about healing, but this is not a requirement.
Bairns: The young pups of the pack
Amateurs: Youth of the pack still finding their place

Kinfolk: The general populance of the pack
Elders: Respected retirees who still offer wisdom and insight
