Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

I think we did good in Spirane. I'm sure Tesseract is happy with it, anyway. Everyone seemed very nice and friendly and I think I learned a lot about diplomacy. I think I've been away from the pack for a long time too. Deciding to get back out and see what I've missed, I bound through the pack lands, full of energy and curiosity. I stopped by mom's den earlier to say hello and tell her all about the journey to Spirane. She seemed to be proud of me and hopes that I continue to make the most of the opportunities Tesseract gives me. I look forward to any other trips he has in mind, that's for sure.

I still don't know what I said or did wrong to upset Octavia but I hope she'll forgive me for it, whatever it is, and let us be friends once more. I miss having friends. I don't seem to have many of them and I'm pretty sure Viora doesn't want me tagging along with her much anymore. She never seemed to like what I talk about. Or maybe she just doesn't like my talking. Either way, I don't want to wear out my welcome. She's the only sister I've got.

So instead I hope to meet some new wolves. I could venture out and see about recruiting but I'm going to take it day by day and not push myself. I don't want to seem desperate or anything like that.
