Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

“Thank you.”

It is little more the a quiet murmur offered to the other Alpha male as he speaks, a momentary smile touching the snow of my lips once more before I allowed my ears to slide forward to capture the exchange as it occurs, gaze resting first on my own Alpha before turning to look closely upon Tesseract. I do not feel him desiring to offer any form of foul play, I merely find his features to be….expressive in a manner unseen before indeed he is given to remind me very often of my Grandfathers, both Heyel and Devil. Whatever their faults are given to be, they both hold expressions much the same. He is…intelligent this one- just as they, he is given to think differently and of this am assured. He is of a family of proditores though the word in the common tongue I do not know so well, nor can be assured I use it correctly so I will not. Yet he does not judge my blood and in turn I will not judge his. He is not his Mother and even of she I know only stories told by those whom she would all enemy and indeed how can such stories be proven true if this is the case? Perhaps, just as the stories of Heyel…..some are more legend then fact. Even so, I will listen and watch as I am commanded for indeed though I am given to find faith in Coza and Tesseract both it is within my rank and placing that I am charged of searching for fault though I am not yet given to find any. Tesseract is given to offer as view of his lands and as such I simply nod. If it is his plan to lead us within his pack to bring us harm then I have faith in Coza, a wolf of great size and known strength and though indeed I am young, in time, I shall easily hold a similar size. This however I do not suspect to occur. I hold faith in Tesseract, I do not mistrust him and I find…..a pleasure of a kind in his daughter, the girl the same age as myself whom speaks now and draws my attention.

“What else do you believe we share, save our blood?”

I allowed my head to tilt slightly, it is given that we should look similar, after all our blood is truly close though to what other similarities Cersei had found I could not say, intrigued as I was in this, awaiting her reply for some moments before speaking to her once more, eyes of violet and blue resting against her as the red of my pelt shone still.

“Sinclair visited Diveen earlier, with his Mother, my Aunt. Sinopa brought Sinclair to meet my Mother and my Uncle Azrael, she was nervous to speak with Heyel, she sought her siblings guidance in this for he is not so….accepting of that which he does not approve. Grandfather is of…old ways, I am hoping Sinclair will return to Diveen though, he would always be welcomed.”

I will not speak ill of my grandsire in the presence of others, it is incorrect to do so, I suggest only that his methods are unique to himself and indeed that I hope Sinclair will return to Diveen some day. He should still know his grandsire, even if Heyel will never except his blood. Cersei moved then to speak, to request that perhaps she could come to Taviora one day to teach younger pups. I allowed a passing smile at the use of my name in full.

“Sol or Solar is fine, you need not speak it in full and….I should like it, if you would come.”
