Freebies are sometimes posted on this board. Please be aware that a freebie can only be claimed up to one week after it was posted.
Freebies are often granted to "all active characters". A character is considered active if it has made an IC post within the last 2 weeks. Posts made after the freebie was posted do not count.

really really really old members will remember this, from like, version 1.
on ze chat board i have added ze following button:
shaman is listed on there (not on the top 100, we haven't got enough votes yet - you can search for us though). every time you vote for shaman (i believe you can vote once an hour), it will register a hit on that site. as we register more hits/votes, we'll appear on the rankings and move up them.
every time shaman gets a higher ranking, all active characters* can claim +5 points on the updates board. simples. keep checking back on the news board to see if we've hit rank targets so you can claim points.

* = even though it's written at the top of this board, i want to reiterate the following because there's always a least one person who gets it wrong every time D:
- a character is considered active if it has made an ic post within the last two weeks.
- posts made after the freebie/news post were made do not count. this means if you only join a character after the news post handing out free points is posted, you can't claim. if you post a character on the same day as the free points are posted, but it's after the news post has been made, you can't claim. you can ONLY claim points for an active character if they have posted at least once in character up to 2 weeks before the news post was made.
