Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Orion wasn't aware that he wasn't alone out here today. Actually, even if he had been aware, the other had been so far away that he wouldn't have given her much thought. It certainly wouldn't have bothered him. After all, these were free lands as far as he was aware. He did believe that he was quite far from any packland, which was good, as he really had no desire to tangle with any packs due to trespassing on their lands. Either way, he wasn't very worried about anyone being offended by his mere presence, so when the female came over yelling at him quite loudly he was more than surprised.

The black wolf spun around quickly, his yellow eyes wide. A pretty white wolf was standing a ways away looking quite angry with him. He couldn't imagine what he had been doing wrong to warrant such a response. She was a beautiful wolf, but her words were less than beautiful. In fact, they were rather nasty, and Orion was rather taken aback by them. He was ugly? He looked down at his chest and his front paws, and twisted around to look at his back, before looking back at the female. He didn't think that he looked that bad. Maybe it was his scars that were turning her off? Certainly others must have more scars than he did. His ears fell back against his head as he looked at her, fairly confused at this whole situation. Where had she even come from? It wasn't like he had even walked right past her or anything.

"Oh, uh, do excuse me miss, I did not know I was bothering you with my... ugliness..." Orion yelled back, his head tilted in confusion. He didn't really want to leave, anyway how did she know that she had been here first? That didn't seem very fair to him. Maybe he had arrived in the fields first, or maybe they had even come at the same time. Had he really been bothering her that much? "Sorry!" Orion didn't really know why he was apologising, but it seemed like he needed to somehow. She was the one being rude, really, and the black wolf wasn't sure what had gotten under her fur but it didn't really excuse her coming over and yelling at him for just... existing.
