Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

She watches, she waits and she hopes for it cannot be helped. Despite it all, she is a hopeful that the other will come to her, for she is desperate for another to understand, to know or to merely... be. Perhaps it is because company is so close and yet so seemingly unobtainable that she feels so desperate to reach out. It is the allure of the not knowing, the woman's words dangerous and yet, captivating. Like a moth, she is drawn to both the warm light of safety - of home - and yet, she is just as drawn to the darkest of places, the untouched corners of the world. The possibility of danger? She smiles at that, something so serene that even the moon can pick up on its edges, revealing her calmness for all to see.

"If there is a possibility of danger, then there is a possibility of no danger too."

There is always hope, after all, when it comes to possibility and chance. It is a gamble perhaps but nonetheless, what would be would be. Would her mother warn her of others? She liked to think that no, her mother saw the good in all as any wolf should. She listens as the other speaks of the child eater, and she feels herself reverberate with both excitement and nervousness. What she thinks, though, would perhaps be blasphemy to her family as she moves towards the other, choosing to remain silent for some time as she follows. She is a nimble thing, quiet on her paws as she keeps behind the larger shadow, creeping down the ledges of rock and loam until they are by the water. It is then that she chooses to speak after some time of thought, her voice tentative and curious.

"Are we not like any other creature? We, too, can be prey. I do not think we are so above the other creatures."

She pauses both in voice and step, once more trying to catch a glimpse of the darker female - it is a small once, a more hint at the texture of her pelt and a flash of her eyes. It is hardly enough to know, but she can tell the woman has a wild beauty, a dangerous face that is unlike any other she has seen. She can feel her mouth fall into a soft 'o', her head tilting slowly before she composes herself, that same gentle smile returning to her features. She can hear the other enter the river as the water parts, shimmering and bending light with the movement of the shadow. It is then that the question comes and she must think, for she knows there is much to be said about her family. Perhaps not her mother, for what was she? She was but a wolf of Diveen, beautiful and deserving of so much more and yet... she did not hold the stigma that her mate, Elara's father, did. They called him an Angel, and yet she was not such. They always expected her to be though and there lay the danger.

"My blood is of Andromeda and Azrael, though... does this matter? It is I that wishes to know of you, not they. They are merely... blood."

She frowns gently, resisting the urge to recoil or step away. To be asked such a thing... it is hard not to speak freely. Her blood is of them, and yet she is her own parent. She and the stars are who taught her, who loved her the most. Blood is little. But will the other know such a thing?
