Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

The light silvery slip of a wench followed her father. She half attempted to be quiet as she did so, but figured that she would be in no real harm. They were not hunting as far as she could decipher and they had been annoying their mother lately. Perhaps Mother was not used to them being quite so big and with so many questions. Most days, Harridan encouraged Scallywag to find the answers out for herself. Thus, she often ventured away from home in some hapless direction with little more than a small notion of what she wanted to accomplish on that particular morning. It was not that her mother did care for her, she was confident that her parents loved her in their own ways. Perhaps it was a good thing that they were not raised in a pack where other parents doted on their children. She had nothing to compare her upbringing up to. Besides, she was fairly confident that she would be able to survive on her own and spread her own particular brand of sickness around without bending to another's will.

This particular day, she had been spending time with Maud, her probably only real steady relationship. Over time, she would be the fire behind her calculated step, the insane to her sanity. They would compliment each other, and perhaps they would help reawaken the dormant populace of Moladion. She makes no effort to hide her steps, not caring who heard her and who didn't. Father would of shown his wrath already if he was disturbed by the twins following him. Besides, as they got older, he seemed less and less present in her world. Harridan was barely more present. It seems as they aged the less they depended on their parents. But every night she still journeyed back to one of the dens their mother had decided to inhabit that night and bed down next to the amber-eyed vixen. The bilge rat does not think too much on it all when Abraxus begins to stalk. They were far enough behind him to do anything more than a distraction, a slight of hand, a misdirection if Stella was listening.

The half-blind set of eyes glanced at Maud, questioningly when their father stopped. She'd not go ahead without her first mate, but the intent was clear. Scallywag wanted to see who this Stella creature was, and figure out exactly what she was. Another sibling? Her mother had always cautioned about their half-siblings. Something about one of them trying to eat them as newborns. The seadog moved behind her father, stopping as he revealed himself to the wolf ahead of them. She waited for a moment, before she sauntered through the brush he had hid himself and stood next to the wolf she called father. She glances behind her, wondering if Maud would be more cautious. Still, the pirate queen bathed in the oranges and she rotates a moment to catch the strike of lightening in the distance. It is only then that she returns her singular gaze and pointed ear towards Stella in interest. Perhaps it would be another crew member to recruit in the insanity that she carried within her. Or at least, it would be a scurvy dog that she would avoid. But the parley held and Scallywag did not move from beside her father, watching everything with keen interest.
