Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

to say sorry, doesn't hurt as much as saying goodbye...

My form is strong now and much better looking than a few years ago. I’m not so good fighting as I was before, but still my tracking skill are very sharp. I can track down any wolf at any weather. But for some reason today I missed something. I believed I was alone. Now pawprints or hints for who was here were noticed and suddenly as I was sobbing, my ears pricked forward and I heard someone’s strong voice. I raised my head quickly and searched for whoever was speaking. My eyes fell on the big form of a female wolf. Her head was low as she spoke to me. She asked. Her voice gentle as she moved to stop. My face expressing what I felt at the moment, surprise. It was all. She didn’t seem to want to do any harm as she moved to my front to lower herself in front of me and lay down.

Well, she surely wound notice my wet muzzle. She wanted to know why I was crying.

- … Who wants to know?

I asked her. I was curious. She didn’t smell of any pack and yet, she seemed to care. Iromar would care because they would seek weakness in a Diveen wolf, Spirane would care because we were allies. But a loner? The grief was still there as I spoke to this big wolfess. Perhaps I was bothering? Disturbing her home? I would find another place if she just asked me to.
