I Just Keep Going Round and Round
Can't Run Away if I have Nowhere to Go

The boy tilted his head as the darker colored fem explained to him that it did hurt the animals. All this time he had thought it merely was a game. Sure his parents brought him home things to eat all the time but it never really occurred to him that perhaps they had killed them and hurt them. His little russet muzzle fell, a frown forming on his face. He could tel that leafy felt bad about it too, perhaps not as much as he did, all the sudden it just made more sense why everything ran from him. They thought he was going to try and eat them!!! He would have ran away too!!!

The boy though didn’t let her explinations fall on deaf ears. She explained what they did was important to them, for everyone. Wolves were amazing!! His whole visage lit up and his tail gave a few uncertain waves, not sure if this was good or bad. Roamin had always been taught not to hurt others so in doing this he was going against what he was taught but he was also told to help out when he could so it was a bit conflicting for the young boy.

”I think… I understand.” The boy said tentatively once she was done explaining what they were doing. ”I want to help them but if hurting them helps them is that good or… bad? Cause helping others is good, but hurting others is bad. At least that was what I was taught. They have feelings too right? Won’t they be sad?” He wasn’t making the situation any easier. Perhaps he wasn’t cut out to be hunter just yet, but he wanted to learn still, what if he wanted to catch his mom something or his sisters?

”I do want to learn though… so what do you do?” He asked. He guessed if he only hurt them a little it would be okay and it hopefully would be over quick right? He just didn’t want them to suffer, he wanted to help them as best as he could without harming them too much.
