Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

Chii.

Water lapped against the shore and over the cream obstacles that were beginning to grow numb from the cold. Coffee eyes gazed down into the water, blank and vacant. Another being stared back at her from the surface of the water, copying her every action in perfect sync. Chii knew nothing about the land she had discovered and naught about the strange beasts that roamed around her. Even her own identity was unknown to her mind and she struggled to find anything that resembled her design; lost and alone in a world she didn’t understand. But despite her uncommon lack of knowledge, a smile sat peacefully on her kissers, a true and sincere curve along her lips that few others would ever experience. Eyes still watching the shimmering face in the river, Chii cocked her head to the side so that her ears flopped to one side in a pup-like display that made her undeniably cute and to no surprise, so did the stranger. ”Chii?” The word felt foreign on her tongue, reverberating in her ear drums as nothing more than an alien sound that constantly fell from her jaws. ”Chii.” Once again she tongued the word, manipulating it around her mouth with a blank reasoning.

Paws pushed against the damp earth of the riverbank as she moved from sitting to standing in a simple, yet complex, movement. Her eyes drifted once more to the stranger, before her front paws were pulled from the water. Pain, numb and electric, throbbed in her wet pads as she made her way up the bank and away from the being in the water. Empty mind peaceful and no idea of where to go, Chii paused her movements and scanned the horizon with tanned orbs. Chii. Auds perked high upon her head as she listened for more alien noises; things that she did not understand. Strange creatures sat in towering green giants above her cooing the most attractive noise she had ever heard. An excited yip, mixed with the word Chii, left her jaws as she bounded towards the singing beasts that fluttered upward and into the maze of green giants. The maiden followed without hesitation finding enjoyment in chasing the flying strangers. Her tongue flapped from the side of her mouth as she tried her hardest to keep up with the winged animals, panting heavily as she sucked oxygen into her lungs. However the creatures soon vanished into the sky and Chii was left alone.

Chii paced forwards, slower now, as she regained her breath. Tawny eyes scanned the place noting the bright coloured things lining the ground beneath her feet like a blanket. Sweet smells tickled her nose as a sneeze forced itself out of her nostrils, echoing around the empty field. Silence was louder than anything she had ever heard and after searching the lands for minutes Chii discovered that she truly was alone, though this failed to spark any emotions as she was unaware of what loneliness even was. Regardless of what society would have been feeling if it were in her paws, Chii pursued the unknown quest that rattled around inside her vacant and dust covered mind. Paws bounced clumsily over the blossoming flowers, crushing them beneath her paws and releasing more of the sweet smelling perfume that tickled the senses in her nose. More violent sneezes, that forced her head to come down and shake, captured her form and yet the sincere smile remained a permanent fixture upon her innocent lips.

Just before the undeniable line between flowers and ash, a yawn rumbled through the blonde carcass that halted her movements entirely. Lips pulled back over her teeth in a sort of demonic smile before she stretched and the yawn had vanished without a trace. Eye lids suddenly became heavy and the vixen, who had begun to chap her tongue within her mouth, was suddenly overcome with a very strong feeling. Sleep. Barely being graceful, Chii stumbled towards a small patch of land where less flowers bloomed creating a sort of flowered nest for her to sink into and disappear. The small journey took longer than expected as the maiden continued to stumble and fall, picking up mud and foliage in the flowing blonde locks that cloaked her frame. Now slightly sore and aching and very tired, Chii circled the nest numerous times before curling up into a slight ball with her tail lain carefully over her face.
