(Slight time skip to being 3 weeks old)
I stalked out of the den, wanting to get as far away from my annoying sisters as possible. The two always teamed up against me and used their slight size difference to try and beat me up, little did they know I was more than capable of taking care of myself. They were brats, mother never seemed to notice their idiotic behavior, so they continually went after me. "tch, worthless siblings," I growled, my small, floppy ears pinned back in annoyance. The den was hell, it was dirty, loud, and cramped. Luckily I was old enough that mother let me go explore outside the den, mainly to escape my sisters. But today, well I was going a little farther than outside the den. If mother found out she'd be furious, never letting me leave the den again, but with those two handfuls she more than likely wouldn't notice my little adventure.
My little legs carried me to the scent of salt, something I had smelled from inside my den but never been able to investigate. Luckily, mother picked a den positioned not to far from the strange smell, making the journey shorter. My ears flicked forward, hearing crashing noises and birds screeching. Whatever the hell I was walking towards, was noisy, but not annoying like my sisters. The terrain began to change too: trees became more scarce and the grass and dirt floor changed to sand. Before I knew it, I was climbing up and over a large, compared to my small size, sandbank. Using my strength, I succeeded in making it to the top, my chest puffed out proudly and my banner held high. My cool blue gaze landed on an amazing site: the ocean.
For as far as my eyes could see, far into the horizon, was a large body of water. It rose up and crashed into the sand and rocks that lined its coast. I instantly knew that this was the source of that strange smell and that loud sound. Above, a bunch of large (again relative to body size), white birds flew around in the cold breeze, screeching as if they had something important to say. 'Those things are less annoying than my sisters,' I thought to myself. I walked forward, curious about the large body of water in front of me. As I approached, a wave rolled in, just high enough to soak all four of my feet. The water was ice cold and felt like needles on my paws. I glared at the substance as it pulled back out and away from me.
I turned and began walking away, the warm, spring sun shining down on me. As I walked, I noticed that the strange fine, dirt-like substance was now sticking to my wet paws. The white was now hardly recognizable under the tan substance. "tch, filthy," I complained, leaving the beach, up the sandbank once more, and into the forest again. I wiped the sand from my paws on a patch of grass, making sure they were completely clean before continuing my journey. I thought about heading back to the den, but the idea of my sisters being there instantly turned me away from that direction.
As I was walking, my ears flicked forward once more, hearing a peculiar sound. It sounded like the panting of another wolf. I hadn't met any other wolves, at least that I can remember, other than my sisters, my mom, and my dad. The wolf was probably annoying like my sisters, or an idiot, but I wanted to meet them none the less. So I instantly started trotting in that direction, relatively fast for a pup my age and size. I hopped over several small rocks and climbed over larger ones until I found the larger male pup laying beneath a big ass tree.
My tail tail arched, even if this wolf was older and bigger than me, he wasn't as strong or smart as me (at least in his mind xD). I trotted forward, hopping over a smaller sized root he was laying next to. I quickly started climbing on him like he was a pile of sand or one of my sisters. Once I stood, successfully balanced, on his back, I sat down, looking down at him with a deadpan, demanding gaze. "Who are you?" I asked, though it was less of a question and more of a demand.
