Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Eight - Mistletoe's Beloved - Glorall
Father of Levi, Enya, and Ravenna

They had come finally, his children, into this new home that would be their haven. He'd make damn sure that no one ever touched a hair on their head or else they'd feel his claws and teeth ripping through them. Time had flown swiftly since he had met Mistletoe and he had changed considerably. Before her he was a creature of savagery, knowing only the need to survive. He was well built with his stocky figure and broad shoulders. Maybe he wasn't as tall as some of the wolves of this place but he was built to pack a punch and with his penchant for viciousness, if ever pressed, he would destroy whatever was in his path.

He had left Mistletoe with the children for a while because he needed to begin his path to maintaining a safe Glorall. First he needed to speak with Tesseract about assigning him a task. He would plan for whatever needed to be done. Honestly he hadn't felt a sense of worry since coming to this seaside pack. It had eased some of his burden to know that Mistletoe was safely ensconced within the borders; no wolf had bothered them, not that he was the friendliest of sorts.

A spring breeze ruffled his overlong russet fur, a leftover from his winter coat, and he padded through any shade offered in his search of Tesseract. The male had impressed Warlow with his manners upon their initial meeting and had elicited no sense of protectiveness from Warlow when it came to his mate. Sometimes he could be overbearing with such emotions but that is simply who he was. Possessive, strong, protective.

The white figure catches his eye as he slips from the shade of overhanging rocks against the shoreline and pads through the surf towards him. "Tesseract," he says to draw his attention. Yellow-brown eyes look into those of his alphas as he stops a few feet from the male. "They have come." Random way to start the conversation but he'd get there eventually; he actually grinned at the male as he said it and felt a sense of pride. "Thank you for allowing us to stay here. I think it is time that I begin to earn my keep, don't you?"

(I'd like for Warlow to be set on the path to becoming a thief please! )
