Something is wrong. It just is. Not really anything that can be explained it just feels like it is wrong. This isn�t a normal hunt is it? Something is out of place, my mind drifted for a single and very brief moment. For the boy it might have looked like my eyes were only focused at the hare. He was waiting for me, trusting on me for the moment.

- Wait�

Placing my right paw out in front of my body I waited. My tone had been much more serious and full with worry. For sure Exodus would notice. My head turned to look around, at first sight there was nothing to see, nothing uncommon. But the breeze, carrying something more that alerted me. The wind carried the scent of another wolf. Purple eyes narrowing as I scanned the fields around us once more, knowing there was someone else here. My eyes fell upon a patch of dark fur in the tall grass. There wasn�t even time to think. With a quick move it bolted, it�s target was clearly not the hare as it was spooked away by the unknown wolf and not me either.

Without thinking my left paw was brought around Exodus to pull him away with all my strength and raise in one smooth movement. It would be enough to take him away, but such was the strength I used, my form fell to the left. I hadn�t even reached the ground when the sharp pain of teeth wrapping around my scruff and right side of my neck made me release a whimper. He didn�t stop and the weight from his body crashing against me deepened his grasp. If I had reacted one second later or one second before, My throat would be on his jaws now, but it was right on time.

Rolling onto my back, my right paw pushed against his neck, helping me freeing my neck from his grasp, but drawing a cut on my neck. My body raised following my own motion.

- Run!! - was all I shouted to Exodus before growling and proceeding to attack the wolf, seeking to sink my teeth right into his neck or throat, seeking to tear his skin there with a pull of my head.

My moves were quick for my weight was little. Attacks, lethal and merciless. Connecting or not, my next attack would be the wolf�s left leg, seeking to wrap my jaws around it and if it connected, twist my head outwards to break the bone there, rendering him unable to walk or run on that leg. If you want to attack someone, attack me.
