A pirate flag and an Island Girl -Lyden-

Salty wind pushes her pale mane off of her arched neck, each stride hardly touching the sandy beach beneath her hooves. Prancing along the shore, she finds relief in the beach, it had been her comfort. Every time she was angry with her parents or the world she would escape to the beach. Wandering along the sandy beach staring out at the ocean, curious of what was beyond her familiar borders. Pausing at the waters edge Cae lifts her regal head higher into the air, her delicate nostrils testing the winds that floated in from the ocean deep. Salt, water, a hint of Lyden floats in as well. His scent littered the borders of the Forest, finding a little comfort in wandering the borders. At least if she was here she could learn where her home began and where it ended, for future reference of course. Her gaze wanders along the horizon line, following the ocean until it just turned in to a flat turquoise line. Unsure of her future, she shakes her alabaster head, tossing her mane off of her nape.

Sighing she turns away from the ocean's edge and wanders along the surf. She was relaxed in her own element, she had grown up on a island similar to this. Her experience with the herd had been limited, but she had met and talked with Gandy. Gandy definately was not partial to her, she suppoosed it was because of her entrance onto Luthien. She had gouged her hindquarters deep when trying to sneak away from the Bay, it had been her mistake, an unfortunate accident. She wishes now that she would of been more careful when wandering down the rocks, maybe her and Gandy would of had a better first meeting. If...If... maybe... Sighing she shakes her head, but this was her new life, her new beginning.

Her hindquarters had scabbed over, it an unwelcome cut that blemished her alabaster coat. Atleast she had made it to Luthien without becoming shark food or something. A smirk crosses her pink lips, she would of been a difficult meal to swallow. Halting once again, her eyes scanning the ocean once more. Letting the warm breezes wash over, covering her with their salty embrace. She could stand her staring out at the ocean until it completely enveloped her, transforming her into a horse of the sea.

Stepping to the water's edge again, the ocean crashing at her hooves. Without a second thought, she leaps into the ocean. Her chest connects with the next wave, consuming her alabaster body. Snorting with delight she halts there, as the water washes around her. It crashes into her chest, her head high on her elegant neck. Each breath comes out excited, she craved the ocean's touch.
