just give me a sign
I can feel you falling away; no longer the lost, no longer the same
and I can see you starting to break; I'll keep you alive if you show me the way
It does not seem as if Haziel is adverse to her company and for this Shiloh's enthusiasm for the future begins to grow. Considering she was not particularly close to most of her kin - aka, she didn't know most of them - she shouldn't put any of them higher above another yet she found that something about Haziel's demeanor drew her in. Perhaps it was his disability that had drawn her in despite not having noticed in the beginning but he was weak with it. In fact the way he moved, assured, made her think he might be faking it. For a only a brief moment, that is. Just as she had grown to be silent of feet despite her mishappen paw so had Haziel become familiar with his own way of life. His was a more considerable problem than hers and it instilled a weird sense of pride within her for her brother.
Shiloh smiles with the excitement of youth and of uncertain possibilities as Haziel bumps heads with her father. She does not linger a moment longer, stepping fast beside Haziel as her brother begins his journey to his new home. So far she had never visited Glorall although she had met it's princess and one of it's inhabitants. Shiloh could not say she was very impressed with Magnus. He was overly rude but at least he was rude to everyone, or so it seemed from his reaction to Maradona as well.
She is curious as to how Haziel knows where he is going and she watches him with avid interest. It was rude to stare but since he couldn't see it wasn't quite so was it? Ears pricked and eyes alight she watches him, noting the way his body tensed and moved away from obstacles. "I'm two now, brother. How old are you?" Brother. The word falls from her lips so easily; in his easy demeanor Haziel, who she has spent five minutes with, has become a closer bond of siblings than any of the others. She doesn't even know Achilles. Her eldest brother probably does not know she exists.
"How can you see without seeing?" The question falls unceremoniously from her lips. Haziel has to know that such a question would be asked. Her curiosity demands an answer, her mind intelligent enough to wish to pick apart such complexities until she can know full well everything. They grow nearer to Glorall and the air becomes tinged with saltwater and the earth begins to grow soft as it turns to sand. Shiloh's attention is arrested on the ocean at the pounding surf and the echoing cry of seagulls. So vastly different from Diveen. It feels... wild here. And by the glow on Haziel's face it fits him.
She beams at him although he does not see, happy that he asks her. "It is nice enough but I do not think this place is where I belong, Haziel. I will come see you often.. if you like?" She pauses on the last words, hesitant that he may not wish her to come if she did not want to stay. His call echos across the ocean tides and Tesseract is fast in his approach. She stands firm next to her brother, lifting her head and watching the male as he glances between them. Will he turn aside her brother for his blindness? She wouldn't let him, she thought, but then again he was an alpha. She had not say. If he did she'd convince Haziel to follow her to Taviora. They were allies of Diveen and would certainly take him in.
These thoughts led to her royal blue eyes to narrow in determination and the sunlight gleamed down upon the golden hairs of her muzzle. "I am Shiloh, sister of Haziel," she says, her voice firm and fluid, nothing like the tentative one that she had used with Kane; she smiled in a friendly manner to show she meant no harm, dipping her head slightly as his tail raised. She'd not mention her parents - that was up to Haziel to offer if he wanted Tesseract to know.
