PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

At the end of the day faith is a funny thing

Meradith waited for the nameless mare to answer as her gaze drifted from her sturdy physic to our across the ledge that led downwards with more rocks that were covered in a mixture of moss and grass. Beyond that was the sea who’s black abyss took over once the white capped waves came crashing onto the pale shoreline. The sight in which the young girl saw was stunning, the peak itself is beautiful and deep down meradith knew she’d stay here and become a permanent resident like her mother – given she didn’t end up with a love like skylar had

“a storm” a short answer came from her companion that meradith almost forgot was standing near her. Pale lips curved as her invisible brow furrowed feeling slightly disappointed with the lack of information she had been given to try and keep up with a conversation. The black mare came across as much more agile and keen then this which made meradith’s disappoint in her response all the more agitating. “Won’t your mother be worrying about you?” is the next question that came from her shadow companion

Breathing in deep the aureate tovero shrugged "she’s busy with my twin just down from here" meradith’s voice was low and level not exactly happy yet not exactly bitter. Her gaze finally lifted from the landscape and drifted back around and up to inspect the mares face. She had stress lines along with age ones around her dark amber eyes suggesting that her life wasn’t easy and the way she stood was more curious of why meradith was there because she was in her way, as oppose to wanting to find out anything real about the young girl. "what series of events made you become a peak mare?" a loaded question for a young and seemingly naïve girl. At least this is what meradith is pretty certain the banshee could possibly think.
