Dead memories of a Legend
Chapter I The life of Voltaire
With the ending day, the skies bless these lands with nothing more than a god walking among them. No other wolf have received such honor, nor recognized it. As it seems, nobody at all recognize me as the god I am. Even with immortality taken from me such splendor and grace cannot be measured. Except of course for the marks of battle on my left eye, a cut drawn there by another wolf’s jaws. It didn’t blind me. Those who look into my eyes will see only power through the pupil-less plain white. No way to tell where I am truly looking at, except for the motion of my head. My body is built for war, for battle and that is clear even to the ivory of my short pelt.
My voice echoing through the mountains spoke for itself, showing the true strength there is to my name and to my being. As powerful as the thunder I hold the control to. My gaze was set upon the mountains waiting for anyone to have the honor and the privilege to welcome me into the pack. It takes a few moments, but a wolf emerges from within the shadows deep in the pack. The sight from here is already very pleasing as she descends towards me, walking smoothly. The mostly dark pelted wolf was a tad little smaller than myself, but she stood proudly before me as she approached. Her tail raised high, as well as her head. My own tail was lifted. It was not truly to disrespect her, since I stand within her own territory, but truly. If anyone expect a god to bow before any wolf, they better give up. I will not lower myself, but this doesn’t mean I will not respect. It is just something they have to earn first. The alpha greeted me and I offered a small smile in return.
- Greetings… I am Zeus. Known as the god of thunder and lightning. I descend to walk among thou; and in this evening seeking a place to clepe home.
-Greetings… I am Zeus. Known as the god of thunder and lightning. I descend to walk among you; and in this evening seeking a place to call home.
I offered her the opportunity to have someone such as myself as a member of her pack. The thunder would be on her side. She would be the most powerful leader of all.
