PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

I'm living in the present (Impazienza)

Devorea had not been there before, but that didn't mean it had never intrigued her. The mare wanted a home and the Peak seemed the perfect fit to be honest. She wouldn't have it any other way as long as she was welcome there. It seemed that Impa was quite warm in welcome too. This comforts the mare and she smiles softly toward the Prime Minister.

"Not exactly. I've heard rumors and been watching. I've toured the islands, but I don't see myself finding a good home anywhere else. I feel that the Peaks is for me. As long as I'm welcome." She smiles again and those rich brown eyes sparkle ever with curiosity. "I can say surely that I'm no warrior. I would prefer to be among the Thinkers if it would please you." She murmured softly and cleared her throat. "I am no good at being stealthy I would imagine, but I am a pretty social creature. I like to talk though; I'm sure you've realized that by now." There was a soft chuckle from her then. She hoped she was not irritating this mare of course.

There was a change in the leader's expression then and she frowns a little. "I do not mean to intrude on personal grounds, but do your sister and you not get along well?" She is curious and didn't wish to over-step boundaries, but she couldn't help but inquire in those moments. Others have always intrigued her, but no one liked being sour in nature. It didn't settle well with others and less, with yourself. She could only imagine what the Prime Minister must go through with her sister if they failed to get along much.
