The shade could only do so much on a hot summers day and it could only keep me cool for a few seconds. Very brief seconds that didn't quite give me the relief I had hoped for. No, I needed to go find water. Which wasn't hard hence why I didn't need to travel for. So as I lumbered along I find my water source. With little hesitation entering a splashing it about as I kicked in it. Letting it hit my face and barrel, but quickly my attention was turned.Voices from the herd members floated to my stalks and an all too familiar scent: blood. Instantly my legs jut my form forward towards the scent and as I walked forward there the sight was.
Gandy, a pretty mare, and the mare I had once ment before. They surrounded the pale form of Lyden whom was surrounded in water and it was tainted. The metallic smell was over powering and my eyes looked around for what had done this. Who the hell did this? Whomever or whatever it was, they weren't ready to see a ticked woman. Even if everyone else was around him I approached. With a snort, for the first time I had announced my presence, and steadily made my way over. A soft voice breaking through my lips.

I remained calm and held a faint smile towards him. The last thing that was needed was panic and everyone seemed well aware of that. They all remained rather calm and it was a relief. With little thought I went towards the males hind end and set myself near his rump. Just incase he needed a gentle shove. Looking to Gandy I gave a faint smile as well.
