News 08.08.2021
Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

Her head is not in the game so much as the others, even if she catches snippets of the coversation at hand, she is busy waiting almost impatiently for her friend, her tail fidgets behind her in a fashion she is not known for. Things flit past the corners of her eyes and she seems perhaps... a bit jumpy, at least to herself. Openly she is the epitome of calm and serene. Just as she had always been even after the attack on her person and the attacks on her beloved shadow. It could have been her downfall in the end that she had never called him Vidar around her children, always she had called him Shadow and it was just the calmness of knowing that the two of them fit together so perfectly, he the shadow to her light. This could be why Sven doesn't know him, doesn't recognise her. But, a mother never forgets her child, no matter how much it grows up.

She keeps thinking that she's seeing a pup, a small wee spring born pup in the corner of her eye and yet her brain keeps reprimanding her because it knows that he has grown up, he is no longer the little bundle of fur and she is so upset with herself at night because she has missed his growing up, missed the hours of story time she could have given him. Was he all alone? Heim had said that someone of snow had taken him. It was not hard to impress the image of Sven in her brain the day that he had left them, been stolen more like it. So every time she had gone out on her own she had searched for the black and white that had been her baby boy. She is distracted from her thoughts by another arrival, one that was not Pan. She turns her head now to look away from the newest arrival, not out of disrespect but just out of curiosity, she can't remember a time when she had come to this pack before.

It is the briefest of glances that gives her the vision of the white wolf up on the hill, her eyes wouldn't have paid heed to the girl had it not been for the black and gray that stood next to her, she could not hear what the two spoke of, but she could not mistake that coloration for anything other than... no... it couldn't be... had he been here all along? she is about to move when Solaris voice breaks into her mind and pulls her head around to look at him, the wind carries with it Pan's scent and she can not figure out who she wants to look at more. A mother always knows her child. His voice breaks in as her eyes meet with his. Pan. Oh she'd missed him dearly! "Perhaps Lavender you might wish to come to Tavoria some time and seek myself and Banshee out. We're always happy to help with inter-pack programs."

Rushing to his side, not caring for boarders at this point in time, she's about ready to have a nervous breakdown. "Oh Pan!" she says and nearly falls into the fur of his neck her nose taking in the scent she could never forget. "I have to Pan, it's just not the same without you around" she said taking a step back finally and looking him up and down with a smile upon her face. No matter her inner mood, Everchime had always been good at putting on a nice face around company. "Oh things have been... alright I suppose." She says a light chuckle leaves her lips because he has indeed not changed at all and she finds that she is alright with this.

She looks back to the others a moment before looking to Pan, "I would be most happy to do that for you Pan, or you could always just come and visit us one day" she said giving him a nudge and soft laughter spilled from her lips. "Vidar and myself have been doing well, we've had our first litter of pups. Four boys, all quiet active even with their disabilities. Poor Heim is the bravest though, he got attacked by a she-wolf trying to defend his brother, lost the use of his good eye, he's blind now but he wants to be a warrior so badly. Bless his soul.... we don't know where Sven went though... poor dear, we haven't seen hide nor hair of him ever since and Vidar's been a right mess trying to find him. He hasn't come back to Tavoria since... it's been almost two years now... I fear the worst for him..." it's not like her to spill her guts, but Pan was the closest thing she had to a best friend besides Banshee. Keeping it all pent up for so long though and seeing Pan had let the floodgates loose. Perhaps her voice had carried to the two on the hill, perhaps it hadn't but she couldn't help her pumpkin eyes to wander up to them. She doesn't think it's real... was it real? was her mind playing tricks on her now?

"this is how she speaks"
