Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

And I traded it in for a whole 'nother world
A pirate flag and an island girl

Autumns paintbrush splashed crimsons and saffrons throughout the maple trees of the Falls. As the perlino's pearly white coat, contrasted sharply against the trees that bordered the bottom of the Peak. Cae halts, her anxiety rises with each passing minute, yet she could not control her curioustyshe was curious. After her conversation with the bay mare Fatale', she wanted to know what amazon women lived in the Peak. With a snort through her pink nostrils, she steps her first delicate hoof onto the trail that ascended the face of this mountain. Each stride gave her courage, her muscles propel her with each step. Agilely she maneuvers the winding trail, her steps were careful yet deliberate. As the autumn sun climbed higher into the clear blue sky, she can fill the first prickle of sweat breaking out on her curved nape.

With each step, she can feel the air growing thinner, almost difficult for her to suck in each breath. Delicate nostrils quiver, as the breaths enter her nostrils, each one easier than the last. Perhaps the thin air, was clearing her head. Halting, she swivels her fine-boned head around, she lets her crystal blue eyes scan the open landscape below. It was quite the view. Maybe this was the reason why these Amazonians liked to live here? It was the view. A mesmerized sigh escapes her pink lips. As the fatigue leaves her striped legs, she concentrates on the trail before her. She could see that she was near the top, yet she had not bumped into a single other horse. Maybe they were waiting to ambush this intruder. Yet, she was not scared.

Willing her fatigued legs forward, she continues her climb, it was the perfect time for her to reminisce over the past few days. She was confused, unsure of her place in the world. Maybe she could get the answers she needed from here? What would become of her? She had heard rumors of a challenge over her...but she wasn't sure if she was to happy about such a thing. She just wanted to be left alone, no more stallions chasing her. Heaving a breath, she loses her balance, and stumbles over a log in her path. With a grunt, her left knee connects with the path. Irritated with her clumsiness, she pulls herself back to her hooves.
