Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Everything was so quiet now. Not only his pack but the whole forest was quiet. He knew that the other lupines within his pack were still around, he would catch their scents whenever he happened to wander out of his own den, but he had not actually seen anyone in a few weeks. But then again Summer himself had not been trying to be very social either, but now he was lonely and would enjoy the company of others. The smoky brute rose from where he had been lying down in his den, resting even though he had not been doing anything that would require resting recently. His paws pushed him out of the den, stepping into the sunlight and stretching his unused muscles. The brute had done almost no physical activity recently and he knew that he needed to do something more active today or he would begin to go stir crazy. The brujo started walking aimlessly through the territory, picking up on the scents of the others in his pack, trying to see if anyone else was out and about.

As the brute began to walk through the trees his thoughts wandered to his new, and honestly only, friend Cora. She had recently joined him at Bright Moon, but he had not seen her for a while now and he was wondering how she was doing and adjusting to her first time being in a pack. The brute missed her company, really he missed the company of anyone. And when Summer became lonely like this his thoughts always wandered to his family, his old family. He still had no idea what happened to the family he had been forced to leave behind. He worried most about his youngest brother, the one had had been in charge of watching over. He had been separated from Rickon and had never been able to find him again, and Summer feared the worst. His brother was so young, too young to look after himself, and Summer had left him, had lost him. He missed the rest of his family too, but Rickon had been the closest in age to him and they had grown up together. His other brothers were older and too busy helping fight and defend the pack that they used to be a part of, and his sisters had left with their mother to try and find somewhere safe. And now Summer had no idea where any of them had gone off to or if any of them were even alive anymore. And those thoughts alone were enough to make the brute go into a depression, so he needed to distract himself.

So Summer picked up his pace, loping at a lazy pace through the trees, hoping to run into someone to distract him from the thoughts that had wandered unwantedly into his mind. Luckily for him a stronger scent reached his nares, one of his packmates seemed to be up and about. The brute recognized the scent, but could not put a face to it yet. His pack was one that kept to itself more often than not and he did not know everyone as well as he would like. There were very few that he knew more than just as another lupine that shared the same living space, Misty and Darcia being the only other two besides Cora that he would consider being somewhat close to. And the scent he recognized was not one of those two, and so he was curious who else would be out. As Summer approached a clearing the scent grew stronger and finally he recognized it to be Scion. Summer had not interacted with the other brute much, so he decided to go over and say hello. As he pushed through the trees into the clearing he saw what the other brujo was doing, and Summer cocked a brow in interest. It looked as if Scion was training, but the smoky brute was used to training with others, never alone, so he thought Scion was using a unique approach. As the brute approached a smile was on his kissers, tail wagging gently, hoping Scion was open to seeing others at the moment. ”Hello Scion, sorry to interrupt. I know we haven’t spoken much so I figured I would say hello, if you don’t mind that is.” Summer now became worried that the other brute may not want company right now and he may be interrupting. The brute’s yellow orbs looked down sheepishly, hoping that Scion would be okay with being interrupted.
