Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

She was coming home. What an interesting thought, finally returning after so much time. When Octavia had gone away, she was barely a young lady. Now? Now she’s supposedly a young woman. How strange that was, being a real adult now. That was strange. Everything felt strange to Octavia as she made her way across the grounds she was so familiar with. So strange, so familiar, and it was fantastic. Moving with a certain grace and brilliance, the dark princess couldn’t help but feel a little lighter. Lighter as she made her way home once and for all. Weird, bizarre, wonderful home.

There’s a soft bark in Octavia’s throat as she crosses the border into Glorall. Mom, dad, I’m home. Her sisters as well, they should still be here. Cersei and Maradona had been invested in this place… Tav had the wild heart. She was a wanderer, and she needed to get that out of her system. Maybe it would always still be there, but being out was such a fantastic thing to be. Wild and free, young and absolutely fantastic… who wouldn’t want that? The dark princess wasn’t sure she was really all that into the idea of staying in one place for too long. Too much wander in her soul for that.
