 This was a delicate matter for certain. Aithne wasn't much in the way of violent overtures as Andras was. There was a temper under the surface of her calm, collected mask, but it was a temper that ran fairly steady unless extreme circumstances. Aithne was not one to seek out fights. She did not need to feel the power of her jaws crunching down on feeble bones to feel strong. Her body was built with power involved and she kept it intact with her constant movements but unlike some of the other demon wolves she did not thrive upon fear, anger, or pain. Others might wonder how she had come to live among the marsh wolves with such a different personality but then again Denali was far kinder than even Aithne was considered to be and she was the imprint of one of the princes. The world had a way of balancing itself out. There is very little warmth in Daenery's that she sees. She does not expect it anyways. The mental image of the swamp wolves has been tainted with each aggressive act from the past that seems to resonate deep within the psyches of the wolves in Molodian. She cannot say that she is surprised for only recently Nabreius took a chance to take out the Diveen King and suffered with his life. A foolish move - what had the King done directly to affect the prince? Nothing. Age old hatreds were a problem when trying to forge new paths and even Andras was a wild card since the loss of his mate and imprint. The Queen speaks condolences and one of Aithne's ears flicks back although her expression does not change. There is no hint of what she might feel for Lillith because in truth she felt nothing. Suffice it to let Daenery's believe what she will about Aithne's feelings of her dead Queen. She'd pass such condolences along to Andras if he were in a good mood. She does look thoughtful as the silver wolf answers her question. That was not Siren for in the spring she had been training the Princess. So she at least was not here and Aithne had narrowed down her list of places to look. An almost amused smile softens her maw. Diveen and Iromar were for sure enemies but that did not mean that Spirane must join in the ranks. "Who you align yourself with is of no consequence to us, Queen Daenery's. It is true that relations between Diveen and Iromar are... less than cordial, but I see no reason that it should stand between us forging our own partnership." Her emerald eyes are sharpened upon Daenery's before the Queen speaks once more. "Your terms are fair for I do not think Andras would be interested in protecting another, as I'm sure you are aware if you have met him. Those who wish to train with Iromar are welcome to come but must wait at the border for me, anytime they wish. In Spring perhaps we can revisit this talk and the two packs could bring their young together for a season of training?" Astarael - The Weeper: The commander and lead warrior of the pack. Charged with teaching the Berserkers the art of battle. Clayr - The Seer: Charged with the pack's health, and in teaching the Shiners and those who wish to pursue the art of healing. Kibeth - The Walker: The leader of the Guard. They are the foremost line of defense, charged with securing the borders and bringing pertinent information from within and without the pack to the appropriate wolf. They also lead the Outriders. Ranna - The Sleeper: Assists the queen in guarding from theft as well as advising her of news and gossip from the whole of Moladion. Charged with teaching the Mages about theft, secret keeping, and overall sneakiness. Allowed to make and block steals. Mosrael - The Waker: Caretaker and storyteller of the pack, also the head pupsitter. Often times this wolf will look after the pack's youth and educate them of Spirane and Moladion's history. Leads the Remembrancers in pup watching. Charter - The Power: The master hunter of the pack. Leads and organizes all hunts and teaches the Falconers the art of the hunt. The Classes Berserkers: Warriors and hunters of the pack. Falconers: The pack hunters Mages: Thieves and secret keepers of the pack. Allowed to make and block steals. Ambassadors: Diplomats of the pack. Shiners: Healers of the pack. Outriders: The pack scouts who bring all news of happenings across Moladion back. Remembrancers: Wolves of a kind nature who look after the younger wolves of the pack. These wolves may wish to learn more about healing, but this is not a requirement. Bairns: The young pups of the pack Amateurs: Youth of the pack still finding their place Kinfolk: The general populance of the pack Elders: Respected retirees who still offer wisdom and insight |
