So far he has found no trace of her. Not once at the river lands or at the valley. Only now is he beginning to wonder if she had truly came this way or perhaps went another. She is his only purpose in why he had stayed in these lands, knowing if no clues to her whereabouts came forth. He would continue his search til he could no longer look. He needs her forgiveness or her anger, whatever emotion she will hear him with. To right his wrongs with the only family he has left. By blood they are bound but also by blood are they segregated. For this will be no simple plea of sorrow, he had been hostile and cruel to her in the past. The death of Orra had made him weak and easily influenced by those around him. And he knows that is no excuse for the way he treated her, for he had seen just how hard her life was when his at least had the kind words of a mother for a time. He was here for her now, as a brother. Hoping in time he could somehow heal the damage he had rained down upon her with love and affection. If he could only find her, then could he begin to process that was too come. For if he knew his sister or at least what little he knew of her, she was one not easily swayed by words. She would need proof, solid evidence to show he was no longer the monster that haunted her before but a damaged brother seeking the arms of his sister.
The soil beneath his nose stirs as he exhales heavily, scenting the earth for a sign as he continues along the mainlands knowing well she would have not went toward a pack since such bad memories followed. Bright orange eyes searching the surroundings and distant horizon as the setting sun peeks from atop the rolling hills. Night was coming soon, which left little time left to search but he would settle and start all over again in the morning. Until she was found.
His movement is slow, almost calculating as his gait in not impacted by the limp of his leg. Ears searching the sounds that fill the world. It isn't long until he comes across the rocks, massive in size and worn by the elements. For some reason instead of moving past them he instead pauses at the mouth of the entrance, something pulling him towards the darkness within as timidly does he step closer. Sniffing at the stale air within. Could this be where Everlyse stayed?
Briefly does he look back, seeing none close enough by as he turns back and disappears into the dark mouth of the cave. Nails scratching at the stone floor as his heart begins to thunder like a coming storm. Lungs are quick and repetitive as he scents the further he goes in. As a dull and fading scent forces him to still, the scent he thought he would never smell again. Everlyse, she had been here at one point in time though she was no longer within the rocks keep. As gruff voice is swallowed by the black,
"Hello?.." The unsure tone in his words can be heard, though he knows she is not here it is another scent that causes him to speak out. A delicate scent, for another female was here. No longer one to lurk in the dark, he stays put waiting to see if she would reply or remain hidden within.
