Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

TWO | SEN & HUSH | NO HEART | NO SOUL | OF NOWHERE
So quiet. Despite his reunion with his father and the joy of being with him again he had not yet become accustom to the life he would have had if he had been kept here, seeking solitude within the woods of Taviora while he watched life continue on much like it had since he had left. Perhaps it the colder season that makes him move away from the comfort, to investigate this land he had been born upon. As violet eyes take one last look at the border of Taviora, he begins his journey to discover what all lay outside of the pack and if in someway it could reconnect him to something he had missed out on. To find peace within his home that he seemed to lack, a bond that does not exist. For what could he do to make a home feel like home?

Paws of rich browns are a dark contrast against the snow which had befallen Moladion, as he moves slow and steady to no where in particular. The peeking light of the sun against the horizon tells his dawn is fast approaching, as rays of light cling to the golden half of his fur. Violet eyes scanning the vast valley as a sense of freedom envelops him like a warm embrace. Now that he is out of Taviora there is a heavy weight that is lifted from his shoulders. An odd sense of excitement and adrenaline begin to filter through his beating heart as his pace soon begins to quicken. The cold of winter stinging his face as he runs, runs as if that alone will fix his worries and problems. Snow flying from feet with each step. A happy bark escaping as his tongue lolls from the side of his jaw. Releasing that puppy within who had not experienced such a thing as this. By passing the valley in no time as he unknowingly heads towards the fields, uncaring at what is there so long as his lack of past is not there to remind him. For once he wants to be free from it all.

The first scent to hit his nose is the smell of prey, his instincts pulling at him to follow the trail to investigate and perhaps enjoy in a meal. The next are the plenty of wolves, so many that he is finding it hard to understand them all, as they blend together due to the amount. His pace soon slows, tail wagging behind him as he comes to a stop within the calamity. Gently does he smile at all the strangers he passes, bright violet eyes warm and gentle for the first time since he had been back. Ears twisting and turning as they listen to the chatter of the wolves. Sides slightly heaving due to his run, he tries his best to dodge and move around those that are near only pausing once his eyes fall upon what appears to be a bull elk. Already does he begin to salivate at the meal lain before him, those he refrains just yet. For there are other much more powerful wolves around it and he does not want to caught in the crossfires. So with all the time in the world, hoping some would soon part from the bull in the creek - he sits, tail swaying in the snow as eyes are fixed on the prey. Impatiently waiting to have a taste.
