He had to admit that it seemed almost strange to see a wolf such as herself lower into a submissive posture so readily. Most of his experiences with Iromarian wolves had always been far less... passive, he supposed. If they were not stealing him away from his home then he was more than likely seeing them for all their unabashed glory. Andras had, at least, been polite the last time they had met but he would hardly consider his nature
passive. This girl, though? She seemed like quite the oddity. It made him curious and perhaps even lowered his guard in some way. If he could be sure of one thing, then it was her not having come with violent or suspicious intentions (unless this was part of her disguise, of course.) He was even tempted to smile down at her in an easy manner, attempting to put her nerves at ease.
Finally, their silence was broken and in response, Tesseract instantly nodded in silent approval. He had to hand it to her, after all - she knew how to play the part before an Alpha. It was a skill very few young wolves possessed and even fewer older wolves, so it was admirable in a way. Besides, she was direct and it made his ears flicker forward in curiosity. An alliance? It had been proposed several times before and yet each time, it had somehow fallen through be it through a direct intrusion or mere unfortunate luck. Samael had been the last to come and yet, he had vanished in the wind once more before anything fruitful could have come from it. In a sense, it made Tesseract hesitant for but a few moments, his brows furrowing ever so slightly before he spoke.
"The pleasure is mine, Raven. I am Tesseract - I welcome you to Glorall." He paused for a moment, his lips taut before his voice broke into one almost of relief, "I have been curious of your king's intentions for some time. Tell me, did he send you with any particular requests or pacts?"
Mostly, he was curious as to what he wanted from Glorall. After all, Glorall did have quite a tactical point in regards to Diveen, though he had no idea of Iromar's viewpoint on such a pack in its current state. Still, Glorall had... many things. Had the move been motivated by Rogue? Or, perhaps, even by his own son Praetor? The idea that it might have been Praetor to stir the interest made his lips pull back into a flash of a grin - proud, almost. For now, though, he'd see if Andras had sent the girl with any true direction or if he was merely throwing his cards into the wind, hoping they'd land somewhere good for business.
