It was so perfect out here so open and expansive and not that stupid dark den that he was always cooped up in. Orifel trotted about the grass his red banner waving about above him, strutting about as he showed his victory over his mother and father. He marched through the grasses multicolor gaze moving about landing on each and every thing. It was so different and so bright and lively out here, just like him though just not as awesome. He knew he would outsmart his parents, it just took him doing it 500 times over! He knew he would get through them eventually! Break them down so they just let him go! Sure Ninevah could think whatever she wanted, be good and complacent and whatever! But that was for the weak! But she was also a girl so again he wasn’t sure that if was simply a girl way to think but Hyrule didn’t seem like he really wanted out either. Orifel couldn’t fathom why his brother who was near his perfection wasn’t interested in being outside. After all it was their domain to rule and roam was it not? Shouldn’t they be allowed to explore and see the kingdom that was theirs? Well whatever obviously that was why, he, Orifel, was more perfect than Hyrule obviously.

He marched about sniffing the few small things on the ground and felt a bit disappointed at what he was finding. Grass grass and more grass and oh by the gods was that DIRT!? Oh his white pelt couldn’t take the shame, he sidled away from the bare patch thankfully distracted from it by his brother running up towards him. There at least one of them had guts! Jaeger was strange for sure, but always Orifel knew he could count on him for anything he always did so good at listening and helping out so long as Orifel gave him some direction but that was what made him the perfect follower. See Jaeger was perfect in his own way especially for his usefulness. Orifel loved him for it, not only did he have to but he genuinely earned the affection even though Orifel wasn’t quite good at showing it.

"Jaeger, tandem quidam ex vobis, fortitudinem!""Jaeger, finally one of you show some bravery!" Of course he speaks Latin, his mother speaks nothing else around them but Latin on most occasions and their father, though Orifel knows he knows it seems fit to mostly speak English. All of them were growing up knowing both, but Latin was the language of their heritage so obviously was better. His gaze turns to the strange object in the sky as his brother clearly tried to put a name to it before asking him what it was. Obviously if Fel didn’t know what it was it probably wasn’t important, but he gave it a good hard look as it fluttered about.

Finally it seemed though as if his other siblings seemed fit to join him now that he had a successful escape attempt, Ninevah and Hyrule both seemed to come out of the den with his and Jaeg’s success, Ninevah even squeezing her little form between himself and Jaeger. Not that Orifel minded, she could touch him, he knew she was clean after all and well it was is sister he and his brothers were the only boys, save for dad, that could touch her. She best get used to that idea too. As she said it was a leaf he arched a brow looking at the thing fly around. A leaf? He wasn’t so sure it had something in the middle and looked more like one of the birds his mother had dad catch, it sort of looked the same. Before Fel could voice this though Hyrule claimed he knew what it was an the boy couldn’t help but give a devious little grin as his brother started to build up into the story.

Well he is probably closer than a leaf, Orifel stares up at the thing thinking of the bird and it sort of of made since though it didn’t look like a demon, he heard they were ugly and while it wasn’t exactly nice to look at it wasn’t what Fel would call ‘ugly’ either, maybe just a dud creature. When Hyrule pounced on Nine though the white and red pup couldn’t help but make his own attack, leaping up and pouncing towards fell, ”No no they go like this! The butterfly in the boy’s brain was all but gone as he pounced at Hyrule growling playfully as he tried to knock his silvery pelted brother into grass around them. Being outside was so much better than in the den for pouncing, Fel very much thought so.
