It was the warm and sweet scent of the stranger that brought the large wolf Mother from her den on this day. It was but the beginning of Spring, and life within the meadows was still dormant yet. Though they were large, earth toned paws carried her equally large frame with a certain finesse and grace. If anything, Rhae was beautifully handsome, and even more so in the light of Motherhood. But she did not dwell on such things, for her time had yet to come. The stranger though; she did come, and the Alpha would meet her in curiosity and warmth. Teal eyes that match the ocean shore on a particularly sunny day are watchful and full of interested intent when they fall upon a pale stranger. She has an air about her that is oddly and vaguely familiar. She cannot quite place it, but her thick creme, chocolate and russet dusted tail waves slowly behind her as she approaches. This wolf is new to Asteraia- let alone all of Moladion, and Rhae knows this by the mysterious scents that still cling to her coat. Tilting her large skull to the side ever so slightly, her voice is smooth and even, welcoming and curious in its alto tone. "Hello there. I am Rhae. Welcome to Asteraia." Truly, nothing but kindness laced her voice, for she had no other reason not to. And she was curious about this wolf upon her border, and what her name might be. Words were soon to follow such thoughts. "What is your name?" The question was high and clear in her voice and in her features as she watched the pale girl, before deciding it was time to recline her large frame on her large paws. It felt good to relax certains muscles in such a manner, and Rhae gazed steadily and evenly upon the other. What could be said as a smile is upon her features, for the Mother of Asteraia is a soul most sound and kind. And she would sooner show kindness to another than any sort of harm or negative gesture. The foreign one was bound to reveal her own nature in time. |
