Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Such is the nature of evil. Out there in the vast ignorance of the world it festers and spreads. A shadow that grows in the dark. A sleepless malice as black as the oncoming wall of night. So it ever was. So will it always be. In time all foul things come forth.

This world was a disgusting place filled with heroes and villains. The crazies and sane. The ugly and beautiful. Underidge was the cross of such things, born of beautiful parents. He was a fascinating blend of silvers with a black undercoat that made his shiny hairs seem deeper as if his body was mist that contained a hidden shadow. The way his silver eyes gleamed back at the world too in such an eerie manner that could make others nervous at first sight. It did not help that he did not posses the beautiful vocals of his father or the suave way of talking. The talking was entirely Underidge's fault, however, for he did not find amusement in the little things like Enderly. Almost full grown he stood taller than his father but his figure was more lean and lanky.

His life was one of a bleak sort of existence in which he cropped up on the outskirts of Molodian quite often only to disappear once the shadows fell once more. To hear Underidge tell it he went back into the dark depths of hell each night, cocooned in the shadows of infinity. It was a pleasant sensation. Much more than being surrounded by life yet as he grows Underidge finds himself trailing more and more back into the world of the living.

One silver paw presses into the softened earth near the river, the roaring water belligerent from all the spring swells that had passed through summarily. His coat had grown matted during the winter, laying across his body in fits and caked with dirt in some places that held it all stiff. Above his lips were streaks where blood had dried into his fur and collected dirt as well. He followed the river until he came to a drop off; the water spilled in an arc and the sun revealed a rainbow at the edges of it.

Underidge looks down upon the world below with his silver eyes. Most would see beauty here in this moment, a fresh sense of rejuvenation. All he felt was a hollow need. A fish leaps from the river right at the moment it is about to be taken downstream, down the water fall, and he instinctively snaps at it. His jaws come together with a resounding crack even as the creature misses and falls down below.

He wonders if his father lurks around in these parts somewhere or where his sister has gotten off to and unable to help himself Underidge lifts his head and lets loose a howl, a piercing sort of scream that might startle some from their naps.
