Salmon will try and jump all obstacles , but walleye/ saugeye don't go over the top on purpose. You could set a video camera up and let it record all season and I bet you wont find very many fish going over the top, if they did you would see dead eyes laying near the spillway, shad go over all the time, they go over all the time. Record it to make me a believer
