PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

kisses burn into my skin

“the sweetest pain, burning hot through my veins”

Marlena grinned at Inka’s warm greeting, glad to see that she had friends here who cared about her. It was nice to share the companionship of others after living in almost solitude for so long. If she didn’t have her son at least she could have her ladies of the Peak.

She chuckled slightly as the little filly peered up at her, noticing her presence for the first time as she returned to her mother’s side. The poor thing looked so nervous, but Marlena could hardly blame her – though her personality was not intimidating in the least, the same could not be said for her size and appearance, especially compared to one so small.

The girl finally managed to get a soft ‘hello’ out though, which Marlena accepted with a warm smile. Before she could ask Inka her daughter’s name, however, they were joined by another mare who approached them with a nicker of greeting.

Marlena didn’t know the other mare, but then she hadn’t bumped into many of her fellow Peak members yet, and so she returned her greeting with a warm smile of her own towards the petite red mare. Judging by Inka’s response she knew the stranger, though not very well.

“Hello,” Marlena said, turning so that the newcomer could come closer and join the conversation if she wished. “I’m Marlena.”
