This is my Fate.
He was in luck today it seemed. His call was not ignored and he was not mistaken about the whereabouts of the Diveen Dark Angel.
Haziel didn’t have to wait long before the sound of steps, though quite muted, came to his ears, as well as the scent he was familiar with lurking in these lands. His gaze went in the relative direction of her approach his black ears flicking eyes blankly staring towards her. She seemed hesitant at first, paws moving slowly before pounding forward with resolve. He wondered if it was his looks that did it, but he had heard her mate was originally one of those Iromar Demons. Why would he put her off? He doubted it then that it was his looks, that it was something else amiss in her approach, though she seemed to push it away as she kept moving coming to a stop before him. His eyes might have glanced over her own, but never were they locked or met, he couldn’t hide it for long up close when facing another. Many didn’t know until they tried to meet his gaze, either way he wasn’t going to leave her in the dark, she had to know what type of challenge she was in for at some point.
Her words sound amused or sarcastic. Whatever it was he could only give a little short huff of amusement. It seemed the apple didn’t fall far from the tree with Diveen assassins and sarcasim, but whatever the case he would try. ”It is by no mistake, Malina, Dark Angel of Diveen. Though, you don’t seem to be in Diveen much these days. Fortunate for me.” He casts his gaze off in the direction of his home land.
”Haziel. I have no doubt it rings no bells. I was blessed, or cursed, with having far too many siblings, but I know you know my parents at least, Isola and Kane.” He didn’t say it so that she would treat him differently, it was simply polite. He knew so much of her and she knew nothing of him, at least, it seemed that way so far. Perhaps she would start to see or remember things if she had heard anything about him, which he doubted really. For the moment though he would wait and see what she would do with this information, see how much she knew of him or his will to prove his family, or at the very least, his grandfather wrong. He could do something with his life, he already was, but he was going to take it and go as far as he possibly could before returning home. If he ever did.
