It is during her iteration of a time where she drank water near a dead deer surrounded by other wolves that Sen freezes. At the mention of a white wolf that smelled like him, he knew it was not himself, but it could be only a couple of others. Wraith was all white for one, who held the same pine scent as did all Taviora wolves. Then there was Solaris, though he was marked in his red. And of course there were his two sons, though with the eldest buried deep in the forest that left his youngest. And Calyx he had not seen in more years than he cared to acknowledge, but it gave him a brief spark of hope that perhaps a child had returned to him. Other than Reian, his once little family was all but nothing now; Hush showing up one day only to be gone the very next. But there is work to be done, and he is returning to himself and the present, picking up on her words just as the young dark wolf speaks of finding the white one. A frown is upon Sen's features, and even as she makes to move only to stumble and fall, he is there to support her if she needed it. Aithne, he could tell, was a wolf to be there at her side and help her however she could. In this way she reminded him much of Coza, and the Medicine Wolf found his mind settling vaguely at ease with this new leader of the swampy moors. He wouldn't be surprised if she had given her shoulder to Raven already, and in that case he is more than content to wait until she is calm and aware of him. It did not bode well to tend to a patient that was not aware of the helping presence, as shock can be a nasty ailment to any situation. As Sen waits, he can hear the compliments his best friend bestows upon him, and if he were a wolf to blush or had the capacity to blush, he would. As it were, his pale creme tail gave itself to a few gentle waves in return. Once Raven has focused on him, he moves to grab the small yellow roots and a large flat leaf from his bag. Keeping eye contact between flat, dull violet and her unique shade of violet with blue, Sen proceeds to chew the roots for her and depositing the paste on the leaf. When satisfied with the amount, his pale muzzle is moving the leaf to just before her paws with his voice following just after. "It is bitter, but all you have to do is swallow for the toughness of the root has already been broken down." He did not need to do it entirely, but he knew what sort of weakness she was feeling and his aim was to make this as pleasant as possible. Whenever he treated a wolf, be it friendly, family or even foe, he strove to make it a good experience as he possibly could for them. Call it the good in him, but it was all Sen really had at this point in his life, as well as patience as he waited for a response. Aithne is speaking to Avery behind him, but because his focus is Raven he does not bother to try and catch their words. He would know if it was important enough, he knew that much just as he knew Coza. Once Raven had downed all of the yellow root, the Medicine Wolf of Taviora spoke again, his voice even and hopefully soothing for her. He would try and explain it best he could. "That will only temporarily ease some of your pain- the rest of your treatment will be over time. If permitted, I will stay in Iromar with you and tend you myself, each day until it is that you are well again." While he was mostly addressing Raven, it is out of respect that his dull gaze finds Aithne toward the end of his words. She is of course the wolf to be asking questions such as the one then falling past his lips, courtesy not falling short on him even if he is a straight forward fellow. "Aithne with your word I would stay in Iromar until I see your wolves well." He does not mention any other wolf exactly, but in this he lets her know that he willingly will see to any other that she wishes him to. Regardless of who it was, he would help them and mend them to the best of his ability, even if it meant spending some time in the swamps. |
