Solitaire watches carefully, eyeing how the new alpha moves and what he's saying. It's not with any sort of malice that Solitaire stares, but he wasn't sure if the male was going to try and drive him out or not. That was something Solitaire did not want to deal with, and he was willing to prove that he could be helpful to the pack if he stayed. He might not have high aspirations, but he did mean well. That, and he did not wish to be parted from his brother, either. He couldn't be sure as to what Viora would do; Tristan had said she was loyal to Tesseract and might not return.
Either way, Solitaire decided he liked the new alpha simply because he had made Tesseract go away. That was enough. For now, he was just trying not to show any signs of threat in any which way. Solitaire might still smell of the lands beyond here, and that alone could be a cause for concern to others. He did not want to be a cause for worry to anyone, so he kept himself low, and waited it out. If the alpha did not speak to him or over-looked him, then he would seek the male out later to confirm that Solitaire wished a place here and would do what he must to have it.
He listens as the male speaks, thinking that the food sharing is a good sign, one that makes him feel even better about the situation. Surely there was a good chance this time with a leader like that? He remained hopeful and quiet, and when the last bit was spoken by Eden -- the name Solitaire rolled about within his mind -- Solitaire knew he needed to speak up. Names, ambitions, and who would be here to see the coming change. Solitaire hoped he would be and would say as much. "I'm Solitiare, and I can help with hunting and border patrol, I can bring messages to others, I'll try to learn to fight, but I do wish to be part of this pack." He responded, looking hopeful.
